Language Course

A course on the Manx language starts in the south of the Island.

Run by Manx Language Development Officer Adrian Cain, the course will give an introduction to basic Manx and is open to anyone.


The venue depends on the number of attendees, but will be at Ballabeg or Cregneash.

A nominal fee of around £1 a session will be charged.

Anyone interested in finding out more should contact Adrian on 838527 or 837966.








Enrolment day for Manx lessons will be Wednesday, September 1st at 7.30pm in the St John's House, (Old School House) St Johns.

All levels will be catered for, from total beginners to advanced, and there will also be Manx Bible reading classes.
Enrolment fee £10 and a weekly fee of £2.50
