Plural of Adjectives.

Many adjectives of one syllable have a plural form when used in immediate connection with a plural noun.

Adjectives of more than one syllable have seldom a plural form. Adjectives of one syllable ending with a vowel do not usually take a plural form.

Adjectives used predicatively remain unchangeable in termination and do not mutate.

Faiyr glass—green grass. claghyn glassey—grey stones.
Neeal glass (a pale complexion). Eddinyn glassey—pale faces.
Magheryn glassey—green fields. Ta ny magheryn glass—the fields are green.
