Ard-Teisht Ghaelgagh - Advanced Certificate in Manx
(A-Level Equivalent in Manx)
This is a new qualification in Manx which you can work for at home, at
your own pace. You can be assessed on six modules to gain the Advanced
Certificate in
Manx (equivalent to an A-Level), or you can gain credits for a
smaller number of modules in order to attain a qualification in Manx
equivalent to AS Level.
Assessment of your work will be carried out by a Validation Committee, under the auspices of the Isle of Man Department of Education.
To take this qualification, you should normally have taken the General
Certificate in Manx (equivalent to GCSE), or be able to demonstrate
that you have reached a
similar standard of proficiency in Manx.
