I'm still a little unsure about the "form" the TCG study takes.
Do I work through each part starting in module-1 and then complete the tasks
at the end or are the tasks related to specific parts of each module?

You will see each module comprises:

1.Coursework.- there is an audio cassette for this.

2.Exercises: Manx - English
These are for your own use - you do not need to submit these.

3.Exercises: English - Manx
These are for your own use - you do not need to submit these.

4. Tasks - you need to submit at least one of each of a reading, a listening, a writing, and a speaking
from each module - at a tier appropriate to your own ability.

For listening tasks you will need to obtain a cassette tape from the examiners.
For speaking tasks you will need to submit a cassette tape to the examiners.

Q.
Does each "part" (eg 1.1.1 etc) introduce new ideas?
Or do I have to produce something from each?
A.
Each 'part ' should introduce some new ideas.
You do not have to produce something from each 'part'.

Most people start the tasks after reading through Module One completely
as all the required areas for your tasks should then have been covered.

Thus Yuan veen - Dear Juan, actually addressing Juan.

This usually applies only to "Manx" names.

The same thing happens if something ‘belongs’ to a person.

thie Voirrey - Mary's house - hence the name now incorrectly but
commonly pronounced as Vorr-ee. the ending -ey is 'a' or 'ya' in Manx.
etlan Pheddyr - Peter's plane
fogrey Vreeshey - Bridget's notice
folt Chatreeney - Catherine's hair

Later you will notice similar changes such as after;
- in the, at the, on the, etc.

Thus:
purt-aer - airport but ec yn phurt-aer - at the airport.

Don't worry about these changes to begin with!!
